CONSIGNMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

While Parkville Coffee Roasting Co wishes to provide the Vendor full creative control of their exhibition (placement in the shop), we reserve the right to reject for display any work deemed unsuitable for exhibition or work that is a hazard to the public, offensive, or deemed unfit for “family” audiences. Acceptance or rejection of a work will be at the sole discretion of the Vendor Coordinator and all such decisions shall be final and non-negotiable.

Parkville Coffee Roasting Co reserves the right to photograph any work/product displayed for the purpose of documentation and/or reproduction in publicity materials and social media outlets.

The Vendor agrees to provide an inventory sheet (provided) listing Medium (Content), Title, Dimensions, and retail price for each work, prior to delivery of exhibition. All insurance coverage including lost, stolen, or damaged product is the responsibility of the Vendor.

Parkville Coffee Roasting Co accepts the product on consignment and agrees to pay the Vendor twice a year (in July for items sold Jan-June, and January for items sold July-Dec), unless otherwise arranged between Parkville Coffee and the vendor. Unsold items will be returned to Vendor in original condition 1 year from the date of this contract, unless a renewal contract is arranged. Parkville Coffee Roasting Co reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time.

All in-house sales will be processed through Parkville Coffee Roasting Co, and shall be subject to 20% commission taken from the total retail value of each work sold.

Upon approval, you will be sent a Vendor Contract and Inventory sheet, as well as set up a time to come drop off your product.
