Our Baristas provide customers with prompt service, quality beverages, and exceptional products. Parkville Coffee customers and staff will experience a friendly, upbeat, and clean atmosphere. You are the face of our company!
Part-Time Bakers assist the Bakery Lead with preparing the products of our bakery department’s needs.
This job contributes to Parkville Coffee’s success by maintaining the Parkville Coffee “Extraordinary Service Experience” for our customers and team. The Bakery Lead works in the kitchen preparing, baking, packaging, dating, decorating, and merchandising sandwiches, quiche, rolls, muffins, brownies, breads and other baked goods. This position assists customers and staff with our bakery products and services. The Bakery Lead keeps all bakery storage, refrigeration and other equipment, organized, stocked, and clean.
Roaster Leads provide customers with prompt service/delivery, and quality product. The key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: ordering green coffee, roasting coffee, post-production, client/customer interactions, and abiding by Parkville Coffee Roasting Co’s policies and procedures.
Shift Leads provide customers with prompt service, quality beverages, and products. The Shift Lead’s key responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing satisfied customers, providing quality and consistent beverages, maintaining quality store operations, contributing to store profitability, and taking responsibility to leading our team on a shift.
Cafe Leads provide customers with prompt service, quality beverages, and products. Parkville Coffee Roasting Co customers and staff will experience a friendly, upbeat, and clean atmosphere. Key responsibilities include financial contributions, developing team members, maintaining quality store operations, and abiding by Parkville Coffee Roasting Co’s policies and procedures.
This job contributes to Parkville Coffee’s success by leading team members to create and maintain an environment of exceptional customer service for our customers and team. The Store Manager is required to exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store. A majority of time is spent supervising and directing the team, making staffing decisions (i.e., hiring, training, evaluation, disciplining, discharging, staffing and scheduling), ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the store’s financial performance, and managing safety and security within the store.
