In the back of the shop, a local author’s book nook is housed. We started this in 2018, and the book nook has grown to more than 130 titles. ALL authors from the Kansas City metro! If you love books and supporting local, you do NOT want to miss these bookish events we are hosting in 2024.

MONTHLY READINGS

Come grab a coffee and head to the book nook to hear local authors read from their works, followed by a Q & A. These events are very casual. A fun way to connect authors with readers.

ANNUAL BOOK FESTIVAL

On Saturday, Sept 28th from 10 am – 2 pm
We will be hosting a Book Festival!
Books will be featured inside and outside with attending authors to visit and sign books. Swag bags and giveaways. Come support local authors and get your book/coffee fix!
