This Honduras roast is from Finca Mami Lola in El Paraiso, Honduras.

A partnership between a small, woman-owned farm (Celina!) and a small, woman-owned roaster (us!).

This coffee is EXCLUSIVE to us. We are the only roaster in the USA to have it. 🙌

Roasted on the lighter side of our norm, this cup boasts of citrusy orange peel notes, with a mild sweetness that we describe as toasted marshmallow. It is a beautifully elegant and balanced experience.

Parkville Coffee is proudly roasted in-house in historic downtown Parkville, Missouri – just a few minutes north of Kansas City.  We strive to bring the freshest and most delicious experience possible. Our coffee is roasted to order in small batches to ensure maximum freshness on a 1985 classic, Diedrich IR-12 drum roaster. We partner with a local importer that finds sustainably farmed, organic, fairly-traded beans.
