• This Honduras roast is from Finca Mami Lola in El Paraiso, Honduras. A partnership between a small, woman-owned farm (Celina!) and a small, woman-owned roaster (us!). This coffee is EXCLUSIVE to us. We are the only roaster in the USA to have it. 🙌 Roasted on the lighter side of our norm, this cup boasts of citrusy orange peel notes, with a mild sweetness that we describe as toasted marshmallow. It is a beautifully elegant and balanced experience.

**If you choose to have your coffee ground and would like it done on another grind setting other than a flat-filtered brew setting, please email [email protected]. We are happy to accommodate you!
